The South Bay Community Development District Board of Supervisors (“Board”) will hold a public hearing and meeting at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 12, 2020, at 536 Bahia Beach Boulevard, Building B, First Floor, Ruskin, Florida 33570. It is anticipated that the public hearing and meeting will take place at the location above. In the event that the COVID-19 public health emergency prevents the hearing and meeting from occurring in-person, the District may conduct the public hearing by telephone or video conferencing communications media technology pursuant to governmental orders, including but not limited to Executive Orders 20-52, 20-69, and 20-112 issued by Governor DeSantis on March 9, 2020, March 20, 2020, and April 29, 2020, respectively, and any extensions or supplements thereof, and pursuant to Section 120.54(5)(b)2., Florida Statutes. About the District
South Bay Community Development District is also known as Little Harbour and is located in Ruskin, an unincorporated area in southern Hillsborough County off of Shell Point Road. The project overlooks Tampa Bay. The area of the District consists of approximately of 367 acres, with 224.4 as developable upland acres. The District was created by Hillsborough County Ordinance No. 04-17 and amended by Ordinance No. 06-20. The development in the District is continuing with an emphasis as a resort community.
